Added messages at battle times, filtering the official castle and alliance battle reports for specific guild tags. Every chat can subscribe to as many guilds as wanted, with the command /set_battle_notifs TAG, e.g. to subscribe to info messages about [FTW] appearance in TV, you'd use /set_battle_notifs FTW. To unsubscribe again, use /unset_battle_notifs TAG.
Example message:
⚠️Attention! [DUD] was looted! [FTW] was part of the attack! ⚔️ The ⛺️Guildhall of 🐺DUD was successfully attacked. Attackers: 🌑FTW Defenders: 🌑FTW
